2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place through this store. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms; the version published at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

3. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen and small variations between individual garments are normal. Stock is limited — listing a product is not a guarantee that it is still available.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through and you have received our confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item sold out at the same moment — we will tell you and refund you in full.

If a price is obviously wrong through an error on our side, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We will contact you first and you can choose to continue at the correct price or be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands only, free of charge, with DPD. Free pickup at the shop is also available. Full details are in our shipping policy.

6. Cancelling and returning

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and returns are free. Full details, including how to start a return and how quickly you get your money back, are in our return and refund policy.

7. If something is wrong with your order

You are entitled to products that match their description and work as you would reasonably expect. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage that we cause. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not limit our liability in any way that the law does not allow — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Your privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy with something, email barbertjwolf@gmail.com and we will try to put it right. If we cannot resolve it together, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to any order you place with us. This does not take away the protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
