Where we ship

This release ships within the Netherlands only. Once it sells out we plan to open up shipping across the EU and worldwide — follow us to hear when that happens.

Shipping cost

Shipping within the Netherlands is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Carrier and delivery time

We ship with DPD. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and DPD usually delivers within 1 to 2 business days after that. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Track & trace

As soon as your order is on its way we email you a track & trace link so you can follow it to your door.

Free pickup at the shop

You can also collect your order from the shop, free of charge. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you as soon as it is ready. Please wait for that email before coming by.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at barbertjwolf@gmail.com — we can usually fix it before the parcel goes out, but not after.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the times above, or arrives damaged, email barbertjwolf@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out with DPD for you.
