Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with TJ Wolf Cutss, Vlambloem 165, 3068 JG Rotterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 88382451 · BTW NL004594841B29.

Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days by emailing barbertjwolf@gmail.com with your order number. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returns are free

We pay for return shipping. Email barbertjwolf@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a return label. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received them. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? We are happy to exchange it. Email us with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges depend on that size still being in stock — this is a limited release, so if your size has sold out we will refund you in full instead.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within 3 to 5 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

If you cancelled under your right to cancel, we refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery cost.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
